Job Description: Marketing Technician
This is a hands-on execution role responsible for implementing, coordinating and optimising marketing systems and campaigns across multiple channels.
The Marketing Technician takes strategic direction from the CMO/CRO and ensures tactical implementation is delivered on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives.
This role requires strong technical capability, operational discipline and project management skills.

Marketing systems and CRM management:
Manage CRM systems and marketing automation tools
Build and schedule email campaigns, automations and workflows
Maintain and optimise marketing databases
Ensure data integrity and segmentation accuracy
Campaign execution and optimisation:
Implement multi-channel marketing campaigns
Track campaign performance including traffic, leads and engagement
Optimise systems from awareness through acquisition and retention
Improve customer journey and increase customer lifetime value
Project management:
Create and manage project timelines
Ensure campaigns are delivered on schedule
Draft and manage marketing budgets
Move simultaneous projects forward to completion
Data and reporting:
Track weekly KPIs
Analyse marketing and customer data
Create performance reports for senior management
Use insights to inform campaign optimisation
Website and digital infrastructure:
Manage and update company website content
Improve website functionality and performance
Coordinate landing page builds
Cross-functional coordination:
Coordinate with sales, product and customer service teams
Align marketing execution with overall business objectives
Provide support to sales teams through materials and campaign alignment
Vendor and stakeholder management:
Coordinate with external vendors including designers, printers and agencies
Manage sponsorships and partnerships
Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
Administrative and operational support:
Maintain marketing systems and documentation
Provide administrative support where required
Organise files, databases and campaign assets
Qualifications, Experience and Skills Required
Essential
Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new tools quickly
Experience with CRM, CMS and email marketing platforms
Project management experience
Strong analytical skills
Budget management experience
Highly organised and process-driven
Self-starter with high accountability
Desirable
Experience working within the health/fitness/wellness sector
