We offer a flexible working arrangement for this role, with the successful candidate able to work remotely for the majority of the time. However, there will be an expectation to travel to our head office in Bicester on an ad hoc basis for key meetings, collaboration sessions, or business needs.

*Note that that we are currently trialling a 9-day fortnight. The annual leave and wellbeing days will be reviewed as part of the trial and may be amended if the 9-day fortnight becomes permanent.
