Six simple steps.
You're a few steps away from your personalised DNA reports and recommendations.
Your kit arrives
Your FitnessGenes DNA Analysis Kit is posted to you. Inside is a saliva collection tube printed with a unique 14-digit barcode.
Register your barcode
In the members area: Settings → Register Barcode. Enter the 14-digit number under the barcode on your tube, then submit — before posting — so the kit links to your account.
Prepare to collect
We analyse DNA from cheek cells in your saliva. For 30 minutes before collecting your sample, don't eat, drink, chew gum, brush your teeth or smoke.
Provide your sample
Follow the in-kit instructions to fill the collection tube with saliva and seal it securely.
Post it back
Return your sample using the instructions in your kit, or your country's standard postal service.
Get your results
Our lab analyses your DNA — track every stage on the Order Tracking page. We email you when it's done and your results unlock, ready for BASIL.
